May Book Club Reading: Flight

For May's book club choice we are reading Flight by Sherman Alexie.

Sherman Alexie is an acclaimed Native American writer, and Flight is one of his best works. Flight is written in the first-person voice of its central character, Zits, a teenaged Native American boy who has spent most of his life being shuffled between foster homes.

Flight is one of the funniest novels that you'll ever read, and it manages to keep the humor going strong while addressing serious social both in history and in current times. Justin, who chose Flight as the selection this month, dares you to try to stop reading after two pages. :P

Meeting Place Change
Now that our offices are open later for our new customer service hours, we are going to hold our book club meetings in the office break room at 5:15.

We hope that this convenient and consistent location will make it easier for everyone to show up to our meetings.

Next Meeting: Tuesday, May 29th @ 5:15 in the office break room.

Come and talk about Flight and hang out with all the other readers in the company!
